Thank you for all the support during these challenging times for Ukraine! We know that people around the World are seeking for opportunities to support Ukrainians to resist in this war with Russia.

Right after the vicious attack of Russian troops, ISAR Ednannia - one of the largest Ukrainian NGOs - established the Emergency Fund for civil society organizations all over Ukraine, which provide emergency and humanitarian aid to communities that were affected by the war, coordinate and provide support to internally displaced persons (IDPs), solve many local problems that emerged because of war, etc. We also work and coordinate community foundations in Ukraine, which now are taking care of their community members as well as IDPs who influxed safer communities all over Ukraine. Despite quite successful practices of fundraising in peaceful times, the community foundations experience difficulties today as there is no much time for proper fundraising activities and the economy suffers because of the war.

Ednannia keeps contacts, constantly assesses needs and provides support to CSOs in regions, which suffered the most - Kyiv, Sumy, Zaporizhia, Chernihiv, Kharkiv, Odesa, Zhytomyr, Mykolaiv, etc.

Ednannia constantly collects information about local needs though its wide network of local partners throughout Ukraine (over 3000 NGOs and charities as well as public authorities) to be able to respond quickly. We have identified that today there are huge needs for humanitarian assistance, CSO access to new target groups, supporting fundraising activities for local communities, communities’ mobilization etc.
